Light Double Chocolate Pie
1 pkg chocolate pudding (fat free, sugar free, instant)
1 pkg white chocolate pudding (same as above)
1 tub Cool Whip Free (8 oz)
1 ready to use reduced fat graham crust
2 c cold skim milk
Beat chocolate pudding mix and 1 c milk with a whisk for 2 min - pudding will be thick. Stir in half of Cool Whip and spread onto crust. Then, beat white chocolate pudding mix with 1 c milk like above, and stir in the rest of Cool Whip. Spread over chocolate pudding. Top however you like. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
