It smelled so good when I came home! I love my crock pot.
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 onion, sliced
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
6 oz sliced mushrooms
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp celery powder
1/2 c dry white wine
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp crushed red pepper
Place chicken in crock pot. In a large bowl, mix together all the other ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for 8 hours. We had it with pasta. Yum!
