I can't say enough good things about this recipe. It is delicious and light. Great for a summer dessert.
1 ready-to-use reduced fat graham cracker crust
1 pkg (8 oz) fat free cream cheese, softened
1 tsp Crystal Light lemonade mix
1/4 c fat free milk
1 tub Cool Whip fat free
Beat softened cream cheese & drink mix in a mixing bowl until well blended. Gradually add milk, mixing until blended. Then, STIR in cool whip. Spoon onto crust. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
My mother-in-law makes this, and I LoOoOoOve it!
